Welcome to Amble Travels. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through official Amble Travels representatives or via verified contact channels.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the trip, unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or any approved digital method.
The advance amount is generally 50% of the total package cost, unless mentioned otherwise.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless specified.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30 days or more before travel: 80% refund of total amount paid.
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before travel or no-show: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after written cancellation request.
Certain hotels, transport, or activity bookings may have non-refundable policies as per their terms.

4. Changes & Modifications

Any change in itinerary after booking (such as dates, destinations, or number of travelers) is subject to availability and possible additional charges.
Amble Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen conditions like weather, road closures, or safety concerns.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification (Aadhaar, passport, or other accepted ID).
For special permits or restricted area entries, Amble Travels will assist but final approval depends on government authorities.

6. Responsibilities & Liability

Amble Travels acts as a booking agent for hotels, transport, and activities. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers or natural circumstances.
Travelers are advised to have personal travel insurance covering health, accidents, and baggage.

7. Conduct During Travel

Guests are expected to respect local customs, culture, and the environment during travel.
Any damage caused to property or vehicles will be the traveler’s responsibility.

8. Privacy

Personal information shared with Amble Travels is kept confidential and used only for travel arrangements and communication.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India) courts only.
